A Palestinian man was martred and eight others injured Saturday evening during a violent assault by armed Israeli settlers in Aqraba, a town located south of Nablus in the occupied West Bank.
The Red Crescent reported that the deceased, identified as 24-year-old Mu’ien Asfar, succumbed to a gunshot wound to the chest. The attack left eight civilians suffering from various injuries, mainly affecting their lower extremities. All victims were swiftly taken to the hospital for urgent medical attention.

In a separate incident in Jenin City, two women and a girl child sustained injuries when an Israeli occupation military vehicle deliberately rammed their car.
A Red Crescent crew promptly provided medical assistance to the wounded before transporting them to the hospital for further treatment.
