A Lebanese citizen was martyred on Sunday as the Israeli enemy goes ahead with attacks in violation of the ceasefire reached following the 66-day brutal Israeli war in Late 2024.
Al-Manar correspondent reported an Israeli drone strike on a pickup truck on the road linking Al-Sawaneh and Khirbet Selm towns in Bint Jbeil district in southern Lebanon.
Lebanese Health Ministry announced that the Israeli strike resulted in a martyr.

Local media identified the martyr as Hasan Ali Jamil from the town of Al-Sawaneh.
Meanwhile on Sunday, Israeli enemy forces positioned in the newly established post in Alma Al-Shaab opened fire at the town’s outskirts, our correspondent in south Lebanon reported.
Earlier on Saturday, three Lebanese people were martyred as the Israeli enemy staged several attacks on south Lebanon.

The Israeli enemy continues to bomb Lebanon, mainly the country’s south, almost daily and maintains occupation over five posts along the southern border, in violation of a ceasefire deal reached following a brutal 66-day Israeli war between September and November 2024.
In addition to the Israeli violations, the Lebanese State has been subjected to unprecedented pressure by the United States, the first sponsor of the Zionist entity, to disarm Hezbollah.
