The military wing of the Islamic Jihad Movement, Al-Quds Brigades, announced a series of coordinated attacks against Israeli occupation forces and vehicles across Gaza, inflicting direct battlefield casualties.
In a statement, the Al-Quds Brigades reported detonating a powerful explosive device against an Israeli military vehicle during its incursion on Street 5, north of Khan Younis.
The blast caused confirmed injuries to the vehicle’s crew.
Simultaneously, the brigades’ fire support unit targeted an Israeli vehicle operating nearby with heavy machine gun fire, achieving additional confirmed hits.
The Al-Quds Brigades also released footage of a mortar barrage targeting Israeli occupation troops and vehicles near Tal Al-Muntar, east of the Shujaiya neighborhood, resulting in further injuries among the occupation forces.
In a separate intelligence success, the Brigades captured an Israeli reconnaissance drone over Shujaiya, describing the operation as a demonstration of their advanced technical capabilities against hostile aerial surveillance.
The group emphasized that these operations are part of ongoing resistance against Israeli aggression and reaffirmed their readiness to respond to any escalation or violation.
Al-Qassam Brigades Carry Out Targeted Strikes on Israeli Engineering Vehicles East of Khan Younis
Meanwhile, the Al-Qassam Brigades reported two precision operations targeting Israeli engineering and military vehicles during incursions in the town of Abasan Al-Kabira, east of Khan Younis.
In a statement released Saturday afternoon, the Brigades said they struck four Israeli engineering bulldozers with 105mm Yassin rockets, causing them to ignite. Fighters reportedly confirmed casualties among Israeli soldiers, with military helicopters evacuating the wounded.
Additionally, on Friday, the Brigades destroyed a Merkava tank and a D9 bulldozer with two powerful roadside bombs near the same town, inflicting direct injuries on the occupying forces.
The Al-Qassam Brigades affirmed these attacks are part of ongoing resistance to repeated Israeli incursions, demonstrating their readiness and capability to impose heavy losses across all combat fronts.
