The Israeli occupation forces perpetrated, on Saturday, a devastating massacre in the Nuseirat refugee camp in the Gaza Strip, resulting in the deaths of dozens of martyrs and wounded after launching a sudden attack and destroying many homes with their residents inside.
The Government Media Office reported that the occupation army launched an unprecedented brutal attack on the Nuseirat camp, confirming the presence of dozens of martyrs and wounded in the streets. It added that the occupation forces directly targeted civilians, noting that dozens of bodies of martyrs and wounded were kept scattered on the ground, in the streets, and inside safe homes. Ambulances and civil defense vehicles were unable to reach the area due to the intensity of the bombardment.
In addition, the Ministry of Health in Gaza announced the martyrdom of 210 Gazans and more than 400 wounded in the horrific massacre.
The Israeli occupation army announced in a statement the release of four Israeli captives from Nuseirat in the Gaza Strip after intense aerial, ground, and naval bombardment of the area, resulting in a large number of martyrs and wounded, mostly women and children.
“The four released prisoners from Nuseirat are Noa Argamani, Almog Meir Jan, Andrey Kozlov, and Shlomi Ziv. They are in good health and were transferred to ‘Sheba’ Tel-HaShomer Medical Center for medical examination,” the statement added.
Israeli Occupation Army Brutality
Israeli occupation special forces infiltrated the Nuseirat refugee camp but were discovered by Gaza resistance fighters, leading to clashes. In response, the Israeli occupation forces unleashed intense firepower, targeting homes and citizens in the Nuseirat camp market.
To ensure the success of the operation, the Israeli occupation forces deployed all available resources, including aircraft, tanks, and quadcopter drones. The operation involved special forces, the Yamam unit, naval forces, and various other entities within the Israeli apparatus.
During the operation, occupation forces bombed more than eight homes and created fire zones to disperse the resistance and displace citizens, resulting in a massacre that claimed the lives of over 150 civilians in Nuseirat. However, the Israeli enemy acknowledged that several soldiers from the Yamam unit were injured during the operation.

Failure Yet Looms
Observers believe that Zionist Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will use this operation both domestically and in indirect negotiations with the resistance in Gaza. Despite this, a large number of hostages remain, and the recovery of four of them is not unusual during wars.
On the internal Israeli front, it seems that the war cabinet minister Benny Gantz’s press conference, where he was expected to announce his resignation from Netanyahu’s government, was delayed. The release of captives will dominate political and media attention, as Netanyahu will try to affirm his stance that freeing the four Zionist captives is achievable through military means.
