Islamic Resistance in Iraq announced on Sunday a new pro-Gaza strike against a vital target in the Israeli port city of Eilat.
In a statement on Sunday, the Iraqi resistance group used the Arabic name of the targeted city, Um Al-Rashrash, saying the strike employed drones.
The new strike, which took place on Saturday, came “in continuation of the struggle against the occupying Israeli regime, in support of Palestinians in Gaza, and in retaliation for the massacres that the usurping Zionist entity is perpetrating against civilians, including women, children and the elderly” in the besieged Palestinian territory, the statement read.
The Islamic Resistance in Iraq, meanwhile, vowed to go ahead with strikes targeting enemy strongholds across the occupied lands.
The group published a video showing the drone being launched.
