The West Bank has witnessed violence on Wednesday night into Thursday morning as Israeli occupation forces carried out deadly raids in several towns and cities, killing at least eight Palestinians and injuring many others.
In the northern West Bank city of Jenin, three Palestinians were martyred and another was injured in an Israeli air strike on their car late Wednesday.
Two of them were identified as members of the Jenin Battalion, part of the Islamic Jihad military wing.

This is the second such air strike in less than a month on Jenin, where the number of Palestinians martyred since the brutal war on Gaza started has surpassed 100.
Elsewhere in Nur Shams refugee camp, four Palestinians were martyred in two attacks during a 7-hour deadly raid into the camp which lies near the West Bank city of Tulkarm.

The first two Palestinian men were martyred by an Israeli drone attack, while the other two were martyred during clashes that erupted just as the occupation forces stormed the camp.
During the raid, Israeli bulldozers also dug up roads and torn down infrastructure in the camp, which is regularly targeted in Israeli army raids.
Furthermore, Israeli occupation forces (IOF) stormed the Am’ari refugee camp in Ramallah in the occupied West Bank and killed a young Palestinian.

Meanwhile, Israeli media reported that a Palestinian man carrying a knife has been shot by the IOF at a checkpoint near the Israeli settlement of Gush Etzion, some 34km (21 miles) south of Al-Quds (Jerusalem).
The man has injuries to his lower body and has been taken to hospital for medical treatment, according to Israel’s Ynet news site.
The IOF also arrested three Palestinians near Al-Khalil (Hebron) – two from the Arroub refugee camp and one from the town of Beit Ummar.
