Hezbollah issued late Tuesday a statement which mourns the Deputy Head of Hamas Resistance Movement Saleh Al-Arouri who embraced martyrdom a number of his comrades on the way to Al-Quds.
Hezbollah offered condolences to Hamas, the brave fighters of Al-Qssam Brigades, the locals of the steadfast Gaza, Al-Quds, and wounded West Bank, and all the Palestinian resistance factions as well as movements, affirming that Sheikh Arouri and his comrades obtained martyrdom which they had hoped to reach.
The statement indicated that the criminal enemy, which failed during 90 days of criminality, murder, and destruction to subdue Gaza, Khan Younis, Jabalia camp and the rest of the proud camps, towns and cities, resorts to the policy of assassination of everyone who worked, planned, carried out, or supported the heroic Al-Aqsa Flood Operation and contributed to defending the oppressed people of Palestine.
“Today’s crime is a continuation of the crime of assassinating Commander Sayyed Radhi Al-Moussawi in another field of action and a new front of combat and support.”
Hezbollah emphasized that this heinous crime would only reinforce the belief of the resistance groups in Palestine, Lebanon, Yemen, Syria, Iran and Iraq in their just cause and solidify their firm commitment and determination to continue the path of resistance and jihad until victory and liberation.
Hezbollah underlined that it considers the crime of assassinating Sheikh Saleh Al-Arouri and his fellow martyrs in the heart of the southern suburb of Beirut as a serious assault on Lebanon and its people, security, sovereignty, and resistance, adding that the attack’s highly symbolic and significant political and security messages comprise a dangerous development in the course of the war between the enemy and the axis of resistance.
Hezbollah also affirmed that this crime will never go unanswered and without a punishment, reiterating the Resistance commitment to its principles and pledges.
The statement concluded that the Islamic Resistance is completely ready for the confrontation with the enemy and that its fighters’ fingers are on the trigger.
Hezbollah affirmed that the repercussions of this marked day will will be witnessed during the upcoming days, calling for the beautiful patience.
