In response, the Al-Quds Brigades – Tulkarm Brigade announced that their fighters had successfully ambushed an Israeli occupation force, dealing direct hits by detonating explosive devices in bulldozers and occupation vehicles.
The situation escalated further as the occupation forces surrounded Martyr Thabet Thabet Governmental Hospital, obstructing access to the injured and even pursuing and hindering the movement of ambulances in Tulkarm.

Later, the occupation forces also surrounded Al-Israa Specialized Hospital, storming the emergency yard of Martyr Thabet Hospital and searching ambulances transporting wounded individuals from the camp.
Just hours before these events unfolded in Tulkarm, the occupation forces stormed the city and camp of Tulkarm, facing resistance from the resistance fighters. Snipers were deployed on the rooftops of several buildings, and Israeli reconnaissance aircraft intensified its flights over the city, suburbs, and camps. Subsequently, the occupation forces declared Tulkarm camp and its surrounding areas military zones, imposing curfews, and stationing vehicles at the camp’s entrances.

The occupation forces even caused major destruction to streets, infrastructure, and citizens’ property using bulldozers.
In a parallel incident, Bethlehem Governorate came under attack during the early hours of the morning as well. Focusing their efforts in the towns of Al-Khader, Dheisheh camp, Doha, and the village of Artas, the occupation forces conducted raids and searches of numerous homes and interrogated young men. Local sources also reported a significant arrest campaign taking place during this time.
Meanwhile, in the nearby town of Azzun, east of Qalqilya, a young man named Amir Abdel Rahman Majd tragically lost his life as a result of being shot by the occupation forces during a storming operation. The occupation army targeted Amir, who worked as a public vehicle driver, and his friend, Muhammad Hassan Suwaidan, while they were heading to a friend’s house in Azzun.
The occupation soldiers shot at them directly, causing injuries. Disturbingly, the occupation forces also halted the ambulance carrying the injured individuals for approximately an hour, eventually arresting Suwaidan despite his injuries.
