Tensions are high in Nablus, the occupied West Bank, as the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) assassinated three young Palestinians on Tuesday.
Palestinian media has reported the news, stating that the IOF opened fire at the vehicle the young men were travelling in before refusing to permit ambulance crews from accessing the site of the assassination.
The Red Crescent Society in Nablus said, “Our vehicles scrambled to the site, but they were prevented from entry. We contacted the Red Cross, but our cars were treated arbitrarily and prevented us from arriving.”

According to Palestinian news agency WAFA reported earlier that two young men were injured in Nablus during confrontations with the Israeli occupation forces after they encircled a house in the governorate’s east.
Furthermore, hours before the IOF assassination in Nablus, Israeli media reported that an Israeli-owned bus transporting illegal Israeli settlers came under fire in Huwara, south of Nablus in the occupied West Bank. The IOF confirmed that no injuries were reported, with an additional statement added that the occupation forces were blocking roads and combing the area in search of the shooters.
