Hezbollah denounced as flagrant aggression the Israeli raid on Al-Aqsa Mosque, voicing full support to Palestinian people and resistance.
In a statement released on Thursday, Hezbollah Media Relations Office strongly condemned the raid on Al-Aqsa Mosque and the brutal attack on worshipers holding Itikaf including women.
The occupation forces violated the sanctity of Muslim’s First Qibla as it arrested hundreds of Palestinian worshipers and secured the entrance of Israeli settlers to the holy site’s courtyards, the statement, obtained by Al-Manar, added.
The Lebanese resistance movement described the Israeli raid as a “flagrant aggression” on the sanctity of faithful worshipers, stressing that such move “offends both Muslims and Christians as well as all free people across the world.”
Stressing that the Israeli assault “violates all religious, moral and human values,” Hezbollah called for widespread campaign of condemnations by honored and free people across the world.”
The statement also stressed that the Israeli attack on the third holiest site in Islam represents a “blatant message to all countries and governments who call for normalizing ties with Zionist entity.”
“This message unveils the true image of this enemy, its terror and criminality.”
Hezbollah stressed, meanwhile, its unwavering support to the Palestinian people and resistance.
“Hezbollah backs all moves by Palestinian people and resistance t defend worshipers and deter the Israeli aggression.”
