Israeli occupation launched a new aggression on Syria early on Friday for the second day in a row.
Syrian media reported that the Syrian Army repelled an Israeli missile aggression that targeted Damascus countryside, adding that it caused material damage.
SANA news agency quoted a military source as saying that the Israeli occupation launched the aerial aggression at 12:17a.m on Friday.
“Bursts of missiles were launched from the direction of the occupied Syrian Golan, targeting a site in Damascus countryside,” the military source said, according to SANA.
The Syrian air defenses intercepted the Israeli missiles and shot down a number of them, the source added, noting that the aggression left some material losses.
Earlier on Thursday, another Israeli aggression also targeted the Syrian capital.
