According to a military source reported by Syria’s official SANA news agency, the missiles were fired from the occupied Golan Heights Thursday morning and caused loud explosions near the Syrian capital.
According to a military official, Israeli missiles were engaged by Syrian air defenses and a few were taken down.
The airstrikes caused physical damages and resulted in two injured soldiers. The Defense Ministry of Syria confirmed the attacks, but did not disclose the targets.
