A Palestinian youth was killed and others were wounded by Israeli occupation forces’ gunfire during their raid on Al-Dheisheh refugee camp in Beit Lahm in the southern occupied West Bank.
The Palestinian Ministry of Health confirmed on Monday the death of a youth after Israeli occupation forces shot him in the chest with live bullets in Al-Dheisheh camp. Local sources reported that the martyr was freed prisoner Omar Manna.

Palestinian news agency Maan reported that schools in the occupied West Bank decided on Monday to undergo a strike. Similarly, the Factional Coordination Committee also announced a strike in Beit Lahm Governorate.
It is noteworthy that a large force of the Israeli occupation army stormed the Dheisheh refugee camp, resulting in confrontations with Palestinian youths during which Israeli soldiers opened fire straight on them.
With Manna’s martyrdom, the number of Palestinians killed by Israeli occupation forces since the beginning of 2022 has risen to 212, including 160 in the occupied West Bank. and 52 in the Gaza Strip.
This comes a couple of days after an Israeli occupation soldier shot dead in cold blood a Palestinian youth from point-blank range on Friday evening, in Hawara, near occupied Nablus.
Israeli media reported that an Israeli “border guard” soldier was wounded in an alleged stabbing attack in Hawara in the northern West Bank, while Israeli Channel 12 said two Israeli occupation soldiers were wounded.
