Head of Hezbollah’s Executive Council Sayyed Hashem Safieddine said that the Lebanese resistance is today in its superior position.
In remarks during a ceremony celebrating the fifth anniversary of “Second Liberation”, Sayyed Safieddine lauded sacrifices by Bekaa residents during the battles against Takfiri terrorists in Arsal barrens on the border with Syria in 2017.
“The second liberation foiled the malicious Takfiri scheme orchestrated by the US in a bid to create sectarian sedition,” the senior Hezbollah official said in remarks carried by Al-Manar.
“This battle has proven that Bekaa represents the resistance that will never be undermined by all forms of wars and propagandas.”
Sayyed Safieddine noted that enemy has been putting the Lebanese people between two choices, either to abandon the resistance or to face blockade and its repercussions, stressing that “we will be not fall in the US trap.”
“Today, the resistance in Lebanon is in its superior position,” he stressed.
