Al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Jihad Movement, mourned on Monday the martyr Hossam Abu Harbid, who was its commander in the northern division of Gaza.
In a statement, the movement hailed the martyr’s traits, especially his courage and commitment to defend his land, vowing to continue the fight against the Israeli enemy till its demise.
Abu Harbid, 37, embraced martyrdom in an ‘Israeli’ air strike that targeted his car in the Strip on the same day.
Over 198 Palestinians were martyred and around 2500 others were injured in the ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza. The Palestinian resistance has fired around 3800 missiles at the Zionist cities and settlements since the start of the aggression on May 10, inflicting heavy losses upon the Israelis.
