Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif is due in Kuwait on Thursday, Foreign Ministry Spokesman Saeed Khatibzadeh said.
He said that during the trip, Zarif will hold talks with the Arab country’s senior officials on Iran-Kuwait bilateral ties as well as regional developments.
The Iranian top diplomat has currently wrapped his visit to Oman, where he had a meeting with Oman’s Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr bin Hamad bin Hamood Al Busaidi in Muscat on Wednesday.
Earlier this week, Zarif visited Qatar and Iraq to hold talks with officials there.
