Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hasan Nasrallah is to deliver a speech on Friday, on the fourteenth anniversary of Divine victory achieved by Resistance fighters following 33-day Israeli war on Lebanon in 2006.
Sayyed Nasrallah’s Speech will be aired via Al-Manar at 20:30 (Beirut time) on Friday, Hezbollah Media Relations Office announced on Friday.
Hezbollah holds, every year, a ceremony on the occasion of the divine victory. However, this year, and abiding by health protocols because of the spread of coronavirus, the ceremony has been cancelled and will be replaced by a televised speech by Sayyed Nasrallah.
In his last speech last Friday (August 7), the Resistance Leader stressed the need to hold accountable all those who were responsible for the massive blasts at Beirut Port which took place on August 4, killing more than 170 people and injuring at least 5,000 others, with many others still missing.
Sayyed Nasrallah, in his speech, firmly denied as fabrications the allegations that Hezbollah had missile caches at Beirut Port, stressing that such claims aimed at defaming the image of the Resistance.
