Kuwait’s envoy to the United Nations Mansour Ayyad Al-Otaibi hoped that and agreement to amend the nuclear agreement with Iran in order to reassure the regional countries and the international community that Tehran does not intend to possess military weapons.
Al-Otaibi stressed that Kuwait does not support imposing sanctions on Iran, calling for averting disputes with the Muslim state.
“Iran is a neighbor state that we do not accept to besiege and isolate it.”
