Prime Minister Saad Hariri on Tuesday maintained that the Lebanese military would conduct a “calculated” operation on the outskirts of Arsal.
“The Lebanese army will carry out a calculated operation on the outskirts of Arsal, and the government gives it full freedom,” Hariri said during a legislative session at the Parliament.
