The balloting operation for the French presidential elections commenced on Sunday morning at the French Embassy headquarters in Beirut, to choose between the two principal candidates Emmanuel Macron and Marine Le Pen.
In this framework, six polling stations opened at 8 am on Sunday morning across the Lebanese territories, notably: three polling stations in Beirut, one in Sidon, one in Tripoli and one in Jounieh.
The number of eligible voters is 77217, and the balloting process continues till 7 p.m.
