Hezbollah Deputy Chief Sheikh Naim Qassem stressed that the Islamic Resistance would continue the border battle of supporting Gaza and will fight from where the Israeli could not imagine.
“The Israeli settlers will not return to the North before the Israeli enemy accepts a ceasefire in Gaza.”
Addressing Hezbollah ceremony held to mourn the senior jihadi commander Ibrahim Akil and the martyr Mahmoud Hamad in Beirut’s Dahiyeh, Sheikh Qassem indicated that martyr Akil was the commander of Hezbollah operations and founder of Al-Rudwan force.
Sheikh Qassem pointed out that martyr Akil was present in all the battlefields against the Israeli and takfiri enemies, stressing that his legacy will be perpetual.
Hezbollah Deputy Secretary General affirmed that the Zionist enemy intended to paralyze the resistance, provoke its social incubation, and stop the support front.
Sheikh Qassem highlighted the US involvement in the Israeli schemes and may never acquit itself from the Zionist massacres.
His eminence said, “We are not in need of issuing threats and will not identify the nature of our response.”
We have started the stage of the open-ended battle of reckoning with the Israeli enemy, and bombing Haifa was just the beginning, Sheikh Qassem added.
Martyr Akil and 15 of his fellows as well as a number of civilians were martyred in an Israeli air raid on Beirut’s Dahiyeh on Friday.
