Hezbollah fired early on Tuesday a huge salvo of missiles, targeting the Meron Israeli air control base, in retaliation for the Israeli aggression on Bekaa a day earlier.
In a statement, Hezbollah’s Military Media Center announced that “the Islamic Resistance fighters targeted, at 8:00 AM on Tuesday, the Meron air control base on Mount Al-Jarmaq with a large missile barrage from multiple launchers.,” referring to the Arabic name of the mountain, known in the Zionist entity as Mount Meron.
The statement read that the Tuesday’s strike was “in support of our steadfast Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and in solidarity with their brave and honorable resistance, and in response to the Zionist aggression on the outskirts of the city of Baalbeck in the Bekaa.”
Activists on social media shared videos showing smoke rising of Meron base.

Sirens sounded in the communities of Zivon, Sassa, Safsufa, and Dovev.
The sensitive Israeli air traffic control base in Meron has been targeted by Hezbollah several times amid the ongoing war.
More Strikes
Later on Tuesday, Hezbollah launched more strikes against Israeli sites along the border between Lebanon and the occupied territories.
At 11:35, “the Islamic resistance fighters targeted Ruwaisat Al-Alam site in the occupied Lebanese Shebaa Farms with appropriate weapons, resulting in direct hits,” a statement by Hezbollah’s Military Media Center read.
Simultaneously (at 11:35), the “Islamic Resistance fighters targeted spy equipment at Al-Ramtha site in the occupied Lebanese Shebaa Farms with appropriate weapons, causing direct hits,” according to another statement.
The fourth strike on Tuesday saw direct hits among Israeli enemy forces after Islamic Resistance fighters targeted their gathering in Al-Tayhat Hill at 13:30.

This led to the damage and complete destruction of a portion of its technical and espionage equipment and facilities,” the sixth statement issued by Hezbollah military media maintained.

Continuous Aggression
Al-Manar correspondent in south Lebanon reported that the Israeli enemy staged airstrikes on several areas across south Lebanon, including towns that are considered in a way far from the border with occupied Palestine.
The strikes targeted Al-Mansouri, Majdalzoun, Al-Hiniyyeh, Jibsheet and Al-Baysariyyeh.

The strikes followed Israeli shelling of the outskirts of Yaron and Al-Wazzani border towns, our correspondent reported.
Earlier on Monday, the Israeli enemy launched two strikes around Lebanon’s city of Baalbek, killing an injuring several citizens.
The strikes, the first of eastern Lebanon since the war in Gaza started on October 7th, prompted Hezbollah to pound the command headquarters of the Golan Division in Nafah with 60 Katyusha rockets.
Monday saw several prominent developments in the confrontation between Hezbollah and the Zionist entity.
In addition to the strikes on Baalbeck and Hezbollah’s retaliation in Golan, the Lebanese resistance movement shot down an Israeli drone in the Iqlim Al-Tuffah region. The drone, Hermes 450, was launching a hostile mission over south Lebanon.
Zionist circles voiced concern over the downing of Hermes 450, with commentators saying that Hezbollah has crossed the red line of “Israel’s aerial supremacy.”
