Israeli occupation forces (IOF) have killed two Palestinians and injured three others in the occupied West Bank. The Palestinian Ministry of Health confirmed that Moaath Zahran was killed near the al-Far’a refugee camp, while Abdul-Rahman Bani Awda fell in the town of Tammun, both of which are located near Tubas. The IOF also raided towns and camps in the West Bank, resulting in injuries to three Palestinians.

In another brutal incident, the siblings of martyr Karem Bani Awda were assaulted by occupation forces, and members of his family were interrogated in Tammun. Furthermore, in the Dheisheh refugee camp in Beit Lahm, the IOF shot and wounded three Palestinians who confronted a raiding Israeli force. The occupation forces also raided homes in the camp and detained two individuals.

This is not an isolated incident but rather part of the ongoing brutalization of the West Bank by the IOF. Earlier on Tuesday, these forces conducted coordinated raids in various cities and towns, including Jenin, Areeha, and the Dheisheh camp in Beit Lahm. During the raid on Jenin, snipers were positioned on rooftops, and occupation forces demolished infrastructure and property. The Resistance fighters responded with improvised explosive devices (IEDs) targeted at occupation vehicles, resulting in confrontations with the IOF.
It is important to note that these oppressive measures by the Israeli occupation have intensified since Operation Al-Aqsa Flood on October 7. Despite the 7-day truce in Gaza, the aggression against Palestinians in the West Bank has continued, with near-daily raids and executions. The occupation forces aim to suppress any voices or actions of solidarity with the thousands killed by occupation bombs in the Gaza Strip.
