Sirens blared through the Jenin camp as Zionist special forces infiltrated its outskirts, triggering violent armed clashes on the streets. The forces were supported by armored military vehicles that launched from the Al-Jalama checkpoint after the discovery of the special unit.
Local sources have reported that Muhammad Nanghiyeh, a prominent member of the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades and a previously freed prisoner, was arrested from his home in the camp.
“The occupation forces are storming the Jenin camp,” confirmed a brief statement from the Al-Qassam Brigades, who also reported their mujahideen being engaged in heavy clashes with the special forces.
Meanwhile, the Al-Quds Brigades announced that their mujahideen were targeting the occupation forces and vehicles with heavy barrages of bullets and explosive devices in the outskirts of the camp.
As per the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades’ statement, they targeted the occupation forces entering from “Nazareth Street” with a heavy barrage of bullets and high-explosive devices.
