Guarded by Israeli occupation forces, around 400 Zionist settlers stormed Sunday Al-Aqsa Mosque on Passover to perform Talmudic rites and tour the Shrine’s courtyards provocatively amid Palestinians’ takbeers chanted in rejection recited in rejection of the Zionist attack.
The Zionist occupation forces had emptied streets of Old City from the Palestinian youths and stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque courtyards in preparation for the settlers desecration of the holy shrine.
The enemy troops also prevented delivering the predawn meals (Suhur) to the worshippers inside the Mosque, attacking the Palestinian youths heading into shrine in order to pray.
Hamas spokesman in occupied al-Quds City, Mohammad Hamade, highlighted the importance of the permanent Palestinian presence inside Al-Aqsa Mosque in order to prevent the Zionists from controlling it.
Meanwhile, Jordan rejected an Israeli official request to evacuate the Palestinian worshippers performing religious observance at Al-Aqsa Mosque, holding the Zionist government responsible for its attacks on the worshippers.
