The quadripartite meeting of the assistant foreign ministers of Syria, Russia, Iran and Turkey began on Tuesday in the Russian capital, Moscow.
SANA’s correspondent in Moscow reported that the Syrian delegation will focus in the meeting on three main points: “the need to end the illegal Turkish presence on Syrian territory, non-interference in the Syrian internal affairs, and combating terrorism in all its forms.”
The Syrian delegation arrived in Moscow yesterday to participate in the quadripartite meeting and held talks with Mikhail Bogdanov, Special Representative of the Russian President and Deputy Russian Foreign Minister, and Ali Asghar Khaji, Senior Assistant to the Iranian Foreign Minister for Special Political Affairs.
