The Zionist daily Haaretz revealed the Russian response to the Israeli clear support to Ukraine in face of the Russian attack.
Haaretz mentioned that the Russian mission told the UN General Assembly that Moscow does not recognize the Israeli ‘sovereignty’ over Syria’s Golan Heights.
Moscow is also concerned about Tel Aviv’s settler policies in occupied West Bank, according to the Russian mission.
The Zionist foreign minister Yair Lapid had earlier condemned the Russian attack on Ukraine, voicing support to Kiev in face of Moscow.
Russian President Vladimir Putin had announced a special military operation in Ukraine’s Donbass region to defend people there against government forces, stressing that Moscow has no plans to occupy Ukrainian territory.
