Al-Manar channel has begun its technical and logistical preparations to cover the upcoming visit of the Pope in central Beirut, with its media team working on setting up a comprehensive live broadcast plan to follow the visit’s itinerary and official program.

The pope arrives Sunday in Lebanon, where he is due to meet political leaders and young people, take part in an inter-religious gathering and celebrate a Mass on the Beirut waterfront.

Hezbollah on Saturday extended full welcome of Pope Leo XIV, highlighting the country’s unique geographical position and its diverse religious composition as vital for political stability and national security.
