The Lebanese ministry of public health issued on Tuesday its daily report in which it announced 728 new coronavirus cases, 627 of which for locals and 101 among the arrivals, raising total to 626926.
The report added that 16201 PCR tests were conducted during the past 24 hours, adding that the number of cases of recovery from the coronavirus rose to 599037.
According to the report, 7 new coronavirus-related death cases were registered, which raised toll to 8363.
Lebanon has continued the anti-coronavirus vaccination campaign across all the provinces as the batches of vaccines are scheduled to arrive in Beirut gradually.
