The recent escalation of Israeli aggression in the West Bank has resulted in death of Mohammad Jaber, also known as Abu Shujaa, the brave commander of the Tulkarm Brigade in the Al-Quds Brigades. Abu Shujaa, along with four of his comrades, were martyred during a fierce confrontation with Israeli occupation forces at the Nur Shams refugee camp.

The ongoing confrontations have led to the deaths of at least 14 Palestinians, including Abu Shujaa, in what is being described as the largest aggression since 2002. Despite the loss of their leader, the resistance fighters stood their ground and fought valiantly against the occupation forces.

Reports from the West Bank indicate a rise in casualties and Palestinian martyrs as the Israeli occupation forces continue their aggression in the region. Local media confirmed the death of a young man and the injury of another due to gunfire in the Tulkarm camp. This latest incident brings the total number of martyrs to 14, with casualties also reported in Tubas and Jenin.

In a swift and alarming escalation, Israeli occupation forces arrested Bayram Qasas near Tulkarem camp before withdrawing from the area, causing tensions in the nearby Nur Shams camp. Meanwhile, in Tubas, the occupying forces retreated from Al-Far’a camp after multiple arrests, while Jenin remains on high alert with the city’s entrances closed off by reinforcements.
