Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Nasrallah is to deliver a speech on Friday in a ceremony held by the Lebanese resistance group in tribute of President Ebrahim Raisi and companions who died in a helicopter crash.
Sayyed Nasrallah is to address the ceremony, scheduled at 17:00 (Beirut time) on Friday, Hezbollah’s Media Relations announced late Monday.
Earlier on Monday, Sayyed Nasrallah sent a message of condolence to the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution in Iran Imam Sayyed Ali Khamenei over the martyrdom of President Raisi, Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian and the accompanying delegation in a helicopter crash on Sunday.
In his latest speech on May 13, on the eighth martyrdom anniversary of senior Hezbollah commander Mustafa Badreddine (Sayyed Zulfiqar), Sayyed Nasrallah stressed that the Israeli enemy is facing a historical dilemma in Gaza– if it halts the war, it will be a major defeat, and it will move into an abyss if it continues the military battle.
