The spokesman of the Yemeni Armed Forces, Brigadier General Yahya Sarea, announced that the Yemeni navy targeted the American ship “Pinocchio” in the Red Sea with a number of appropriate naval missiles and hit it accurately.

In a statement, General Sarea said that the attack comes in the context of supporting the oppressed Palestinian people and responding to the American-British aggression against Yemen.

General Sarea confirmed that the Yemeni Armed Forces will continue to prevent Israeli navigation or these heading to the ports of occupied Palestine in the Red and Arab Seas until the aggression stops and the siege on the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip is lifted.

The statement also affirmed that the Yemeni military operations will be escalated during the “month of Ramadan, the month of jihad, in support of the oppressed Palestinian people and the brethren fighters in the Gaza Strip”.
