For his part, Head of Hamas politburo Islamil Haniyeh responded to the rumors which claim that the Resistance group is behind the failure of Gaza ceasefire talks, stressing that the Israeli enemy has never confirmed intention to halt its aggression.
Haniyeh stressed that Hamas insists on the end of the aggression and blockaded, withdrawal of the enemy troops, reconstruction and an honorable swap deal.
Haniyeh also affirmed that the Resistance group is ready to interact positively with any ceasefire initiative in this context.
