An Israeli was seriously injured and a Palestinian was martyred in a stabbing attack near an Israeli settlement south of Al-Quds and Bethlehem.

Palestinian media identified the Palestinian martyr as Nidal Jaafra, 30, adding that he was shot by an Israeli shortly after he carried out the stabbing attack on a bus near the so-called settlement of Gush Etzion.

Israeli media reported that the injured Israeli was in a serious condition.
