A meeting between Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and Ukrainian counterpart Dmytro Kuleba is planned on the sidelines of the Diplomacy Forum in Antalya with the participation of Turkish FM Mevlut Cavusoglu, Russian Foreign Ministry said on Monday.
“In accordance with an agreement reached during a telephone conversation between Russian and Turkish presidents, at the initiative of the Turkish leader on the sidelines of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum the contact of Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba with the participation of Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu is planned,” Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova told TASS on Monday.
Earlier on Monday Cavusoglu said that Lavrov and Kuleba might meet on March 10 on the sidelines of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum. Russian and Ukrainian foreign ministers have confirmed that they are ready to meet in Antalya, and that the meeting will be held in a three-party format, he added.
