Saudi-led coalition stepped up aggression on Sanaa, with warplanes launching a series of strikes on the Yemeni capital late Wednesday.
Yemen’s Al-Massira TV said that at least three strikes targeted Al-Sabeen residential area in Sanaa, causing destruction to a number of houses there.
Another raid directly hit Al-Sabeen Bridge, the Beirut-based TV added.
The strikes caused panic among citizens who went out of their houses in Al-Sabeen area, according to Al-Massirah.
Earlier on Monday, Saudi-led warplanes carried several air strikes on Sanaa international airport. Due to the raids, the UN aid flights were halted as the airport was no longer able to receive aircraft operated by the United Nations.
