Head of Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI) Mohammad Eslami said that sanctions should be lifted and then Iran will fulfill its commitments, adding that Iran has nothing called negotiations with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and we have set our activities according to the current routine.
In a visit to an exhibition of the achievements of research, technology, and market research, Eslami said about the recent Iranian negotiations with the IAEA that there was nothing named negotiations with the Agency, the two sides regulate their activities according to the current procedure and regulations and discuss and decide on the issues that may arise.
During the recent visit of Director General of the IAEA Rafael Grossi to Iran, there were discussions about Karaj facilities and the remaining issues, which needed to be resumed for the continuation of surveillance programs so that the two sides can reach a common understanding for a joint action.
In response to a question about the re-installation of cameras at the Karaj nuclear facility, he said that to help the judicial and security process, the Agency will bring a new camera and questions about the camera will be answered in presence of Iranian security and judicial officials until the investigation of the case is completed and it becomes clear that what factors have been effective in the terrorist incident; after that, they can reinstall cameras in the site again.
