Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Sayyed Ali Khamenei in a message on Saturday appreciated Iranian medalists at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
In his message, the Supreme Leader appreciated the Iranian Olympic medalists who made the Iranians happy with their efforts.
Iran won seven medals (3 gold, 2 silver, and 2 bronze medals) in shooting, freestyle wrestling, Greco-Roman wrestling, weightlifting, and karate at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
Olympic Games kicked off in the Japanese capital on August 1.
