Palestinian Liberation Organization (PLO) Executive Committee member, Azzam al-Ahmad expected that Palestinian Authority Chief Mahmoud Abbas will visit Damascus soon.
On the sidelines of the opening ceremony of Palestinian Radio and TV Committee, al-Ahmad said: The visit of President Abbass to Syria is possible at any time.”
“Today I’m in Damascus on an announced visit, and it’s not a secret that my visit was preceded by other announced visits (by Palestinian officials),” al-Ahmad said.
“President Abbas visit (to Damascus) and I think it will be soon, God willing.”
