Russian Defense Ministry spokesman Igor Konashenkov said Wednesday that Russian advisors are stiil training Syrian military personnel on the use of the S-300 air defense system.
Konashenkov added, “I suggest all hot-heads to step away from provocations and evaluate the situation in a logical manner.”
