An operation to evacuate locals of besieged towns of Kefraya and Foua in Idbil northern countryside started on Wednesday.
SANA news agency reported that 90 buses and ambulances entered since Wednesday morning into the two towns to transport the locals who have been besieged by the terrorist organizations for more than three years.
Al-Manar reported that 121 vehicles are scheduled to enter the besieged towns.
The evacuation operation is part of a deal reached between the Syrian government and terrorists.
The agreement provides for the full liberation of all of those who were kidnapped from the village of Eshtabraq and thousands of the locals of Foua and Kefraya.
Earlier in April 2015, Nusra Front terrorists committed horrible massacre against residents of Eshtabraq town, killing at least 200 civilians and kidnapping dozens of people.
