The Islamic Resistance fighters continued on Saturday, November 23, 2024, confronting the barbaric Israeli war on Lebanon, showing unprecedented bravery in the ground fight against the enemy troops attempting to control towns in the South.

More than 51 Merkava tanks have been destroyed by Hezbollah fighters who audaciously repelled the Zionist ground advance into the towns of Khiam, Deir Mimas and Al-Bayada.

It is worth noting that the Israeli ground invasion of South Lebanon has taken the form of incursion lines which do not grant the enemy forces the capability of controlling any of the villages in South Lebanon.

To give a clearer view of situation, the Islamic Resistance fighters fiercely clashed with the enemy troops in Al-Jebayn town which is closer to the border line than Shamaa town where an Israeli incursion line reached.

Hezbollah Military Media released consecutive statements to detail the Islamic Resistance operations and their outcomes.

Statement 1

Islamic Resistance fighters targeted Kiryat Shmona settlement with a rocket barrage at 12:05 am on the night of Friday-Saturday, 23-11-2024.

Statement 2

Islamic Resistance targeted a gathering of “Israeli” enemy forces in the settlement of Hanita at 11:30 AM today, Saturday, November 23, 2024, with a barrage of rockets.

Statement 3

After monitoring the movements of an “Israeli” occupation army unit attempting to advance towards the town of Al-Bayyadah, at 11:50 AM today, Saturday, November 23, 2024, the fighters of the Islamic Resistance engaged with the advancing unit at the eastern outskirts of the town, inflicting casualties among them. Clashes are still ongoing at the time of issuing this statement.

Islamic Resistance targeted a gathering of “Israeli” enemy forces east of the town of Khiam at 9:00 AM today, Saturday, November 23, 2024, with a barrage of rockets.

Islamic Resistance targeted a gathering of “Israeli” enemy forces east of the town of Khiam for the second time at 9:30 AM today, Saturday, November 23, 2024, with a barrage of rockets.

Islamic Resistance targeted a Merkava tank with a guided missile at 1:00 PM today, Saturday, November 23, 2024, west of the town of Chama, resulting in its destruction and inflicting casualties among its crew.

Islamic Resistance targeted the settlement of Kiryat Shmona for the second time with a barrage of rockets at 3:00 PM today, Saturday, November 23, 2024.

Islamic Resistance targeted the occupied city of Safed with a barrage of rockets at 3:30 PM today, Saturday, November 23, 2024.

Statement 14

After monitoring movements of an “Israeli” enemy force attempting to infiltrate toward the town of Deir Mimas, at 08:30 am on Saturday, November 23, 2024, the Islamic Resistance fighters targeted the infiltrating force from close range at the western outskirts of the town, using machine guns and rockets. They caused casualties among the enemy, both killed and wounded. The enemy then evacuated the casualties from the engagement area under heavy fire and smoke cover.
