In a violent clash between the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) and Palestinian freedom fighters, one man was martyred and several others injured in the town of Tubas. The Al-Quds Brigades – Tubas Brigade confirmed the ongoing confrontations with the IOF on Friday morning.
The Brigades reported that the IOF had attempted to infiltrate the town, prompting multiple fronts of opposition using heavy gunfire and explosive devices. The resistance group said that they targeted an IOF infantry force in the vicinity of a besieged house, which resulted in casualties.

According to medical sources, four Palestinians were injured during the confrontation. One received a gunshot wound to the head, while another was hit by a rubber-coated metal bullet in the abdomen.
The injured were described as being in moderate to serious condition. Tragically, Palestinian youth Abdul Rahim Fayez Awad Ghannam (36) died as a result of his head injuries sustained during the confrontation with the IOF.
