Zionist PM Benjamin Netanyahu indirectly acknowledged that ‘Israel’ has lost its deterrence power in face of the axis of resistance, blaming Lapid’s government for the military weaknesses which allowed to rocketry attacks on the occupation entity.
Netanyahu claimed that ‘Israel’ was exposed to “terror” attacks, vowing to “restore deterrence”.
“We are standing together and working together around the clock,” said Netanyahu of his relationship with Defense Minister Yoav Gallant during a press conference on Monday night. “Gallant will stay in his position and continue to work for the protection of Israeli citizens.”
In this regard, Netanyahu alleged that the Israeli air force targeted Gaza with 50 tons of bombs and destroyed tunnels as well as the military industry facilities.
Netanyahu also warned Syria against allowing more missile attacks on ‘Israel’, claiming it would “prevent constructing an infrastructure for Hamas in Lebanon”.
Responses to Netanyahu appeared just after his address. Former Defense Minister Benny Gantz said that Netanyahu would not be able to lead the Zionist government while holding the opposition responsible for the weaknesses.
Former PM Neftali Bennett described Netanyahu’s remarks as feeble.
