Fierce clashes erupted in the occupied West Bank after Israeli occupation forces raided a village near Jenin early on Monday.
Palestinian media reported that seven Palestinian were injured, one seriously, in clashes which erupted shortly after occupation forces raided Qabatiya village.
Occupation forces surrounded a house in the village, calling for the surrender of an Islamic Jihad operative, Alaa Zakarneh, according to Palestine Today.
Israeli occupation forces arrested Alaa Zakarneh’s father in a bid to press him to surrender, Palestinian media reported.
Alaa, later on Monday, turned himself in, according to Israeli media.
Earlier on Sunday night, a total of nine Palestinians were arrested in several areas across West Bank.
