The Lebanese ministry of public health issued on Wednesday its daily report in which it announced 139 new coronavirus cases, 137 of them for locals and 2 for the arrivals, raising total to 541940.
The report added that 14038 PCR tests were conducted during the past 48 hours, adding that 6 new coronavirus-related death cases were registered, which raised the toll to 7780.
Lebanon has continued the anti-coronavirus vaccination campaign across all the provinces as the batches of vaccines are scheduled to arrive in Beirut gradually. Health minister, Dr. Hamad Hasan, inaugurated a mega vaccination center, urging citizens to get the vaccine.
