Hezbollah Educational Department, headed by Sheikh Akram Barakat, and Amal Movement’s Educational Office, led by Sheikh Hasan Abdallah, held a meeting which tackled the various challenges in Lebanon and the Middle East.
The statement issued after the meeting underscored the importance of unity between the two sides in order to pave the way for more victories, urging shouldering the efforts in order to cope with the socioeconomic crisis in Lebanon.
The statement denounced the normalization deals between some Arab countries and the Zionist entity as well as the tendency to antagonize the Islamic Republic of Iran despite its support to the Palestinian cause.
The conferees also highlighted the attempts to stir sedition between the Shia and the Sunnites in the region by abusing the Islamic symbols, calling for frustrating this endeavor without resorting to similar abuses in abuses and recalling the fatwa which forbids such acts.
