One Syrian soldier was martyred and three others were wounded in a new Israeli aggression at dawn on Wednesday.
SANA news agency reported that the Israeli launched an air attack on one of Syrian air defenses units in Damascus Countryside.
“At 01.30 a.m. of Wednesday dawn, the Israeli enemy carried out air attacks with missiles from the Upper Galilee, targeting one of the Syrian air defenses units in al-Nabi Habil area in Damascus Countryside,” the agency quoted military source as saying.
The source added that the Syrian air defenses intercepted a number of the enemy’s missiles, as the attack “caused the martyrdom of a soldier and the injury of three others, in addition to material damage.”
