Palestinians in Gaza live another kind of war as the Israeli occupation operates its warplanes, drones and artillery weapons in the besieged enclave, killing at least 28 people since the ceasefire took effect last Friday (October 10).
Eleven members of one family have been wiped out after the Israeli occupation attacked a vehicle in Gaza City’s Zeitoun late on Friday, for allegedly crossing the so-called “yellow line”, demarcating areas of Israeli army control.
Among those who have been martyred from the family are 10-year-old, six-year-old, five-year-old, and eight-year-old Palestinian children.

In Khan Younis, Israeli drones targeted two Palestinians who were inspecting their house. The occupation army claimed that the two were members of Hamas’ Al-Qassam Brigades and that they were inspecting a tunnel in the area.
The attacks brought the total number of people killed by Israel since the ceasefire went into effect to 28.
“Yellow Line a Lie”
Palestinians say that the occupation army prevents them from reaching their homes, even though they are not located within the “Yellow Line” areas.
“The withdrawal line is a lie used by the occupation army to shoot at residents returning to check on their homes,” Omar Abu Hein told Al-Akhbar Lebanese daily’s reporter in Gaza.
Al-Jazeera’s Hind Khoudary said most Palestinians do not know where the “yellow line” – which takes up about 58% of the Gaza Strip’s area – is, because they do not have access to the internet, they do not have phones.
Hamas Urges Accountability
For its part, Hamas called call on US President Donald Trump and the mediators to “shoulder their responsibilities by monitoring the occupation’s violations and obligating it to respect the ceasefire agreement.”
In a statement on Saturday, the Palestinian resistance group urged the international community “to hold the occupation leaders accountable for war crimes and genocide.”
Earlier on Friday, Al-Qassam Brigades, said in a statement that its fighters handed over the remains at 11pm local time (20:00 GMT), without elaborating on where the body was retrieved.

According to the group, the remains were pulled out earlier in the day and were those of an “occupation prisoner”.
