A fresh wave of Israeli aggression swept across the West Bank on Wednesday, featuring settler attacks and military incursions that targeted several Palestinian areas.
At dawn, a group of settlers set fire to parts of a house in the Ras Zeid area, southwest of the town of Huwara, south of Nablus. Rana Abu Haniya, head of the Public Relations Department at the Huwara Municipality, confirmed the attack, reporting that the settlers caused significant material damage to the property.
Abu Haniya added that this incident is part of a series of ongoing assaults by settlers, who are increasingly targeting Palestinian homes near a new, illegally established settlement outpost in the area.

The violence was not confined to Huwara. On Wednesday morning, Israeli occupation forces stormed the center of Jenin city, firing live ammunition at civilians. Soldiers deployed heavily in the Hisba area, disrupting the movement of people and vehicles. The military aggression on Jenin and its refugee camp has continued unabated since January 21, creating a persistent state of tension and fear under ongoing military deployment.
Further south, Israeli occupation forces also stormed the Far’a refugee camp, south of Tubas. The raid began with an infiltration by Israeli special forces, followed by large military reinforcements from the nearby Hamra checkpoint, escalating the situation amidst a heavy military presence.
In a parallel campaign of arrests, occupation forces detained a young man from the village of Jifna, north of Ramallah, and three more young men from Tulkarm, continuing a pattern of widespread arrests across the occupied territory.
